Cancellation Policy Cancellation Fee Information

- Cancellation 4 days prior to scheduled check-in: the penalty is charged at 20% of the room rate for the first night.
- Cancellation 3 days prior to scheduled check-in: the penalty is charged at 30% of the room rate for the first night.
- Cancellation 2 days prior to scheduled check-in: the penalty is charged at 50% of the room rate for the first night.
- Cancellation 1 days prior to scheduled check-in: the penalty is charged at 70% of the room rate for the first night.
- Cancellation on the day of scheduled check-in or in the event of a no-show: the penalty is charged at 100% of the room rate for the first night.
(However, in the High-season, the penalty is charged from 7days prior to scheduled check-in)
